We believe the Bellemeade District is most effectively used for taxable mixed-use housing and business, that Greensboro receives greatest value by using War Memorial Stadium for minor league baseball and adaptive reuse of the historic Burlington Mills building, and that Social Services should remain in the Central Business District..
We do not feel a new minor league baseball stadium
is appropriate nor the best path toward stable, long-term rejuvenation of Greensboro's Central Business District, a shared goal.

narrow circles of community participation.
